Rashmi Nath

Rashmi Nath currently serves as the Global Organization Development Lead at The Economist since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rashmi held several positions in learning and talent development, including Manager of Learning and Talent Development at Publicis Sapient and Manager of HR & Training at MattsenKumar LLC. Earlier career experiences include roles at Genpact, Teleperformance, Aptech Aviation Academy, and Jetking Infotrain Limited, focusing on training and HRBP functions. Rashmi's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, set to be completed in 2025, a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, and an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, alongside a B.Com (Hons) from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
