Janelle Leonard

Janelle Leonard has worked in a variety of roles, most recently as the Chief Consultant at The Ed-Tech Group. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director - People, Culture and Safety at Country Fire Authority (CFA). Before that, they worked as the Director - Transformation and Business Improvement at Deakin University, where they oversaw the implementation of a successful business improvement program. Janelle has also held the role of Executive GM People, Culture & Communications at Downer. Throughout their career, Janelle has demonstrated their ability to lead and deliver transformational change within organizations.

Janelle Leonard has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Management, and an Executive Certificate in Communication from Monash University. Janelle is certified from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in GAICD, Changefirst in Changefirst PCI Practitioner, DDI | Development Dimensions International in DDI Targeted Selection Trainer, Myers-Briggs Instructor in MBTI Accredited Trainer, and Prosci ANZ in Prosci Change Management Methodology.
