Shashwat is currently employed as a Recruitment Consultant at The Edge Partnership in Asia since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shashwat served as a Seminar Coordinator at Ashoka University from September 2021 to May 2023, managing the Seminar Series for the Department of Sociology and Anthropology and the Colloquium Series for the Department of Environment Studies. Additional experience includes an internship at WisdomCircle and a Marketing Intern position at CareerLabs. Shashwat also completed an Environment Communications Internship at Indicus Foundation in May 2020. Shashwat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Anthropology (Hons.) from Ashoka University.
