Kaitlynn Barbour

Kaitlynn Barbour, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Senior Director of Adult Mental Health at The Edinburg Center since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kaitlynn held various positions at The MENTOR Network from August 2017 to August 2023, including Program Director and Clinical Supervisor, overseeing therapeutic mentoring services and ensuring compliance with treatment plans. Experience also includes serving as an Extended Leave Liaison at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School and as an In-Home Therapist at Family Continuity, where intensive home-based therapy was provided. Earlier roles include a Teaching Assistant position at Blackstone Valley Tech HS and Staff Therapist at South Bay Mental Health Center. Kaitlynn Barbour holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Human Services from Quinnipiac University.
