Krissie Davis

Krissie Davis is an experienced educator and resource creator specializing in biology, chemistry, and STEAM education. Currently serving as a Biology and Chemistry teacher at The Edinburgh Academy since October 2023, Krissie designs and delivers active learning experiences. Simultaneously, Krissie works as an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, developing bespoke iPad training for teachers, and as a Resource Creator for both We Are Futures and AlphaPlus, focusing on content for Scottish primary and secondary settings. Krissie has extensive experience as an SDG, STEM, and Global Citizenship Consultant for scotdec and has held roles with the Scottish Qualifications Authority as Team Leader for N5 Biology. Moreover, Krissie has contributed significantly to ClickView by creating interactive resources for various educational levels. With a PGCE in Secondary Biology and Chemistry Education from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Heriot-Watt University, Krissie combines academic knowledge with practical teaching expertise.
