Jeffrey (Ta Jiun) Ting

Jeffrey (Ta Jiun) Ting has a wealth of work experience, starting with a UI Designer role at the University of Toronto Aerospace Team in 2015. In 2017, they worked as an Engineering Assistant at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York). The following year, they were a Software Developer at the University of Toronto Intelligent Transportation Centre. From 2019 to 2021, they held three positions at the University of Toronto, including Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant - Introduction to AI, and Graduate Teaching Assistant - Big Data Science. Most recently, they have been a Data Scientist at Clarivate since 2021, and will soon transition to a Machine Learning Engineer role at Editorialist in 2022.

Jeffrey (Ta Jiun) Ting completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2019, along with a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Engineering. Jeffrey (Ta Jiun) then went on to pursue a Master of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
