Rachael Reliford

Client Experience Manager at The Editorialist

Rachael Reliford has worked in a variety of roles over the past decade. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an Assistant Manager Women's Shoes at Nordstrom. Rachael then moved to Treasure&Bond where they held the roles of Selling Manager and Assistant Store Manager/Key Holder from 2011 to 2014. Rachael returned to Nordstrom in 2014 as a Sales Associate Women's Shoes. In 2016, they joined ThirdLove as a Customer Experience Associate, eventually working their way up to Customer Experience Supervisor and Customer Experience Lead. In 2017, Rachael began working at Editorialist as a Client Services Associate, eventually becoming a Client Experience Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to improve the client experience, increased client satisfaction, and enhanced client loyalty.

Rachael Reliford obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Academy of Art University between 2015 and 2017. Rachael also obtained a Bachelor's degree and a BS in Fashion Merchandising from West Virginia University between 2005 and 2009.
