Louise Jones

Louise Jones currently serves as the Area Relationship and Development Lead at The Education and Training Foundation and as a Governor at Blackpool Sixth, collaborating with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective management and accountability. Previously, Louise worked as a Quality Manager at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, where skills in transforming systems and managing a team of social workers were applied to enhance service quality. As Co Director of re:new education, Louise leveraged extensive experience in further education to provide training and consultancy aimed at improving the educational experience for students and teachers. Earlier roles at Birmingham Metropolitan College included Department and Site Manager for Creative Arts, Teaching and Learning Coach, and Lecturer in Media and Film Studies, all of which contributed to mentoring and developing staff while delivering quality education. Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Science from the University of Birmingham and a PGCE in Education from Birmingham City University.
