Amel Karboul

Amel Karboul is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in education, consulting, and government. Currently serving as CoFounder and CEO of The Education Outcomes Fund, Amel is dedicated to improving learning and employment outcomes through a partnership model. As a Board Member of the Global AI Index and the Education Commission, Amel contributes to evaluating artificial intelligence investments and fostering collaboration between technology and diplomacy. Previous roles include Secretary General of the Maghreb Economic Forum, Cabinet Minister for Tourism in the Tunisian Government, and founder of a global executive leadership consultancy. Amel holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from the University of Oxford and a Doctorate in Executive Coaching from Oxford Brookes University.
