Victoria Jackson

Victoria Jackson currently serves as the Assistant Director of Higher Education Policy at The Education Trust, a position held since October 2021. Victoria has extensive experience in policy analysis and advocacy, previously working as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and The Education Trust. Prior to that, Victoria conducted research at Policy Matters Ohio, focusing on K-12 and higher education, public transit, and SNAP, while also presenting findings to stakeholders. Additional roles include Graduate Research Associate at the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity at The Ohio State University, where Victoria developed materials on implicit racial bias, and various positions at the Ohio Department of Education and other organizations that emphasized educational equity and policy research. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pan-African Studies, Political Science, and International Business from Kent State University and a Master's degree from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
