Narendra Singh Rawat

Narendra Singh Rawat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Narendra Singh first worked as an Assistant Manager of HR at CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they gained experience in software development, embedded product development, and placement consultancy. Narendra Singh then joined 360infotech as an Assistant Manager of HR, where they provided independent IT and management consulting services to clients in North India. Following that, Narendra became the Manager of HR at E-nova Technologies Pvt. Ltd., specializing in Magento & Drupal websites and OpenERP Solutions. Narendra Singh also played a key role in creating a French e-learning portal. Narendra later worked as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter (Contractual) at PredictiVu Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted virtual interview sessions for shortlisted candidates. In 2012, they founded Srishti Civil Classes, and in 2017, they co-founded Himalayan Stag. Most recently, Narendra has assumed the role of Lead HR & TA (Remote) at The Educational Equality Institute, a non-government organization based in Oslo, Norway, focused on supporting marginalized girls in education.

Narendra Singh Rawat completed a B.Tech. in Information Technology from College of Engineering Roorkee, Roorkee, from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a PGDM in Human Resource Management from the Centre for Management Education, All India Management Association (AIMA).
