Previously, Diane held the same title at Times Higher Education from August 2019 to March 2023, overseeing a team that produced digital and data products for the Higher Education sector and driving significant revenue growth through new initiatives. Diane also acted as Head of Product at Tes, where a notable achievement included developing the 'Talent Match' product, utilizing data science to enhance recruitment processes. Earlier in the career, Diane held various product management roles at Reading Room and Glass Partnership, managed client portfolios, and contributed to key digital projects, as well as beginning the career in project management at prominent organizations such as Heathrow, Carlton Screen Advertising, EY, and PwC. Diane holds a 2:1 BSc Hons in Information Systems and Computing from the University of London.
