Rajas Hatwalne

Rajas Hatwalne is a Senior Energy Engineer at The Efficiency Network, Inc. (TEN) since August 2012, following a role as an Energy Analyst at Helios Resources, Ltd. from July 2008 to September 2012. Rajas performed extensive energy audits and developed cost reduction projects across various sectors, focusing on HVAC systems, central plants, cogeneration systems, and building automation controls. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Industrial Assessment Center, West Virginia University, where Rajas led initiatives funded by the U.S. government. Rajas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and Bachelor's degrees in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Mechanical Engineering from K.K.Wagh Polytechnic.
