Phil Fincher, CIH, CSP has extensive experience in the field of safety and health. Phil began their career as an Industrial Hygienist at Virginia Tech EHSS in 1997, where they worked until 2004. During this time, they gained valuable experience in conducting industrial hygiene assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

In 2004, Phil joined The EI Group, Inc. as an Industrial Hygienist/Safety Professional. Here, they continued to apply their expertise in conducting assessments and implementing safety measures. Phil'sdedication and competence in their role led to their promotion to Vice President, Safety & Health in 2010.

Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated their commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Phil'sextensive knowledge and experience make him a highly qualified professional in the field of safety and health.

Phil Fincher, CIH, CSP pursued their undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1998. During this period, they focused on Biology, with a particular emphasis on General Biology. Consequently, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
