Sarah Wass

Sarah Wass is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently working at The Electoral Commission since September 2022. Previously, Sarah held several key roles at Thurrock Council, including Acting People & Organisational Development Manager and Senior Development Officer, where responsibilities included leading OD projects, managing training programs, and ensuring quality assurance in educational initiatives.
