Sue Y. Chi

Sue Y. Chi is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Sue started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2001 to 2004. Sue then worked at the US Treasury as a China Desk Graduate School Intern in the Office of International Affairs in 2006. In 2007, they were an MBA Associate at Acumen Fund for a brief period. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at SeaChange Capital Partners, first as a Portfolio Manager and later as a Vice President. In 2013, they joined The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation as an Associate Director and subsequently held roles as Director, Senior Director, and currently serves as the Managing Director since May 2020.

Sue Y. Chi completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Harvard University from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Economics & Development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) between 2005 and 2008. Sue also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, attending from 2006 to 2008.
