Marek Beck, PhD has extensive experience in the field of education. Starting in 2002, Marek worked as a Teacher and Athletic Coach at Greenwich Country Day School, where they implemented a 21st Century teaching and learning model. Marek also served as an Educational Consultant at Marek Beck, providing various institutions with keynote speaking, presenting, workshop training, and consulting services. Marek also worked as a Facilitator at Harvard University's Principals' Center, supporting the professional development of school leaders. In 2014, they became the Head of Upper School at Renbrook School, and later, the Founding Head of Middle School and Learning & Literacy Specialist at Whittle School & Studios. Additionally, Marek was an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University and held various roles at the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools, including State Level Accreditor and Chairperson of the State Commission on Professional Development. Marek Beck, PhD, has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 1998, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Special Education from Columbia University. Marek went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Curriculum and Teaching at Fordham University, completing their studies in 2016.

In 2010, Marek pursued further education in Educational Leadership at Harvard University, where they engaged in a non-degree program in this field until 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate (092) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Bridgeport in 2008.
