The Elizabeth Hospice, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, provides medical, emotional and spiritual support to children and adults faced with the challenges associated with a life-threatening illness, and restores hope to grieving children and adults who are feeling lost and alone. Since 1978, the organization has cared for more than 100,000 people in San Diego County and Southwest Riverside County. This team comprises Certified Home Health Aides, Medical Social Workers, a Team Medical Director, a Clinical Manager, and a Triage Patient Care Coordinator. They work collaboratively to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families, ensuring compassionate support and enhanced quality of life during challenging times.
