Adam Raines has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Adam currently works as the Vice President of Executive Search at The Elliot Group, where they focus on identifying impactful leaders for businesses. Prior to that, Adam held the role of Vice President of Executive Search in the Creative & Marketing Division at Solomon Page. Adam also served as the SVP and Head of Talent Acquisition at Marina Maher Communications. Earlier in their career, Adam held talent acquisition leadership positions at Twitter, The Weather Company (an IBM Business), PepsiCo, Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, and Pfizer, Inc. Adam began their career as the Director at Raines International, Inc.

Adam Raines attended the University of Hartford from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 2003, they obtained a certification as a Private Pilot - Single Engine Land from the Federal Aviation Administration.
