Joe Cugine

Joe Cugine is the Owner and Partner of CKA Management, LLC, overseeing a $180 million restaurant franchise business with 90 locations across the greater New York market and several states, featuring brands such as Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Jersey Mike’s. In addition to this role, Joe serves as a Board Member for multiple organizations including The Chefs’ Warehouse, Barfresh Food Group, and The Elliot Group, contributing expertise in specialty food distribution, ready-to-blend beverage development, and human capital services. Previously, Joe held senior positions at PepsiCo, including Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, managing significant business units and leading strategic growth initiatives. Joe holds a B.S. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
