Rodney Morris

Rodney Morris has a strong background in human resources and executive leadership. Rodney has held various senior-level positions in several well-known companies over the years. Rodney's most recent role was as the Executive Vice President at The Elliot Group, where they provided executive search and strategic advisory services. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President at both The Elliot Group and Ignite Restaurant Group. Rodney also held the position of Chief People Officer at Romano's Macaroni Grill and Raising Cane's. Throughout their career, Rodney has demonstrated expertise in human capital management, brand renewal strategy, and achieving business growth and success through recruitment, training, and retention programs.

Rodney Morris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
