Whitney Gaines joined Emerge as Human Resources Generalist in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the LSU E.J. Ourso College of Business Administration. Whitney has over 15 years of valuable Human Resources experience across multiple professional environments. Her career in Human Resources began as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for Target Corporation. Seeing and experiencing the full life cycle HR process during this role at Target and her subsequent roles at Robert Half International, Cardinal Health, Battelle, and White Star Market, all continued to build her HR foundation of knowledge.
