Jennifer Messner

Jennifer Messner, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Change and Project Management at The Emily Program since 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Ecumen as a Project Consultant from 2019 to 2022, and also served as the Director of Portfolio and Project Management during that time.

From 2016 to 2019, Jennifer held the role of Director of Organizational Change Management at The Emily Program. Before joining The Emily Program, they worked at Target for several years, holding various positions including Sr. Business Manager from 2011 to 2016, Manager of Strategic Pricing from 2008 to 2011, and Accounts Payable Business Team Lead from 2006 to 2008.

Jennifer's career began in 2001 as a Merchandise Coordinator at Target, and prior to that, they gained valuable experience as an intern at Ziskin & Associates, LLC dba Rain Shield. Through their extensive work experience, Jennifer has developed a strong background in project management, change management, and strategic planning.

Jennifer Messner, MBA, has a strong educational background. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Economics and Marketing from the University of Minnesota in 2001. Jennifer later pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2014.
