Tracey Paxton

Tracey Paxton is the Chief Clinical Officer and Managing Director at The Employee Resilience Company. She manages a large psychological services organization providing Employee Assistance Provision and full Secondary Mental Health services to approximately 2 million public and private sector employees in the UK. Tracey also serves as The Royal College of Psychiatrists Project Board Chair and APPTS Accreditation Committee member. Prior to her current roles, she held leadership positions at Vivup Health and Wellbeing, St George Healthcare Group, and Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. Tracey has a Master of Science in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and a Diploma of Education in Clinical, Counselling, and Applied Psychology.
