William Lambdin

William Lambdin's work experience includes various roles in different companies. William started their career as an Assistant Manager/Projectionist at Regal Cinemas in 2003 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Store Manager at GNC and as a Skilled Laborer at Melvin Benhoff Sons, Asphalt and Concrete Paving.

From 2009 to 2011, William worked at the University of Richmond Information Services Computer Help Desk as a Student Supervisor. In 2011, they joined HMF Paving Contractors as a Laborer for a brief period. In the same year, they joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a Legal Technology Technical Specialist, where they handled database administration, document production, and physical systems support.

In 2013, William joined The Employment Law Group, P.C. as a Legal Technology Manager. William later became the Director of Technology and Operations and, finally, the Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

William Lambdin attended the University of Richmond from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science.
