Hope Powers

Hope Powers is a seasoned Human Capital Consultant currently employed at The Encompass Group since December 2024. Previously, Powers served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Select Milk Producers, effectively collaborating with senior leadership on employee engagement initiatives while managing various HR functions for a corporate team. Powers has extensive experience in the retail sector, having held multiple human resources roles at Target from 2016 to 2022, including Executive Team Lead of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed policy implementation and staffing management. Powers began a career in hospitality as a server at Red Lobster from 2014 to 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
