Monique Thompson has a range of experience in administrative roles, from being an ESL/ELL Teacher to serving as an Executive Assistant in various organizations. Currently working as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Talent Officer at The Encompass Group, Monique previously held the title of Executive Assistant to the Chief of Diversity at Southern Methodist University. Monique's experience also includes roles such as Writing and Reasoning Program Administrator, Administrative Assistant, and Teacher Assistant in different organizations. Monique is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of North Texas.
