Ruben Vilchez

Ruben Vilchez is a Senior Solutions Consultant at The Encompass Group since May 2025. Prior to this, Ruben served as the Director of HRIS and Compensation at Gateway Church from September 2012 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Workday implementation and managing a team of HRIS analysts. Ruben also held several other positions at Gateway Church, including Associate Director of Human Resources, where implementation of a comprehensive onboarding program was achieved, and serving as an HR Business Partner for various campuses. Earlier roles included Associate Director and Coordinator of Facilities, and Building Attendant. Ruben holds a degree in Musical Arts & Business Administration from Alderson Broaddus University and a Master’s degree in Music from The University of Southern Mississippi.
