Tess has worked with various organizations such as The Nature Conservancy, Rincon Consultants, and The Energy Coalition, showcasing their dedication to environmental conservation and education. Tess holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science & Management from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
