Aminah Z.

Vice President, Policy at Energy Foundation

Aminah Z. has worked in various positions within the environmental and policy sectors. Aminah began their career at Environment America in 2015 as a Global Warming Solutions Advocate, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Aminah joined THE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT as the Political & Outreach Director and later became the Director of Issue Based Campaigns in 2019, working there until 2020. Currently, Aminah is employed at the Energy Foundation, where they started as a Program Director for Transportation in 2020 and has now progressed to the role of Vice President of Policy in 2023.

Aminah Z. completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Yale University, from the year 2008 to 2012. After that, they pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, from the year 2012 to 2015.
