Jessica Lubetsky

Program Director, State Federal Climate Initiative at Energy Foundation

Jessica Lubetsky is a seasoned professional in environmental policy and communications, currently serving as Program Director for the State Federal Climate Initiative and State Federal Communications at the Energy Foundation since September 2022. Jessica also operates Lubetsky Policy, Research & Communications as Principal since January 2018. Previous roles include Senior Communications Director for the State-Federal Initiative at Resource Media and Executive Director of The E2e Project, where collaboration with prestigious universities focused on energy efficiency evaluation. Jessica's background includes significant accomplishments at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where management of the Clean Energy Initiative led to the introduction of numerous bipartisan bills. With a strong foundation in campaign management and advocacy demonstrated in roles at Kelley Campaigns, Alley Cat Allies, and the Sierra Club, Jessica holds a Master’s in Environmental Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a BA in Environmental Studies from The George Washington University.
