From 2021 to present, Kitsana serves as the Director of Membership & Business Development at the Enrollment Management Association. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing member experience and business development efforts globally.

Kitsana's work experience also includes serving as a Site Director at Peninsula Bridge from 2003 to 2006, where they managed and designed the summer curriculum for a summer-enrichment program.

Kitsana has also worked as a Science Teacher at Menlo School in 2000-2001 and as a Math Teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School in 1999-2000.

To kickstart their career, Kitsana served as an Americorps Teaching Coordinator for Summerbridge Sacramento at Sacramento Country Day School from 1997 to 1999.

Kitsana Salyphone has pursued higher education in various institutions. They completed a Doctoral Program in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, Kitsana earned a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Human Development, specifically Childhood and Adolescence, which they pursued at the University of California, Davis.
