Jyotsna Agarwal is a Marketing Intern at Shine Projects since July 2020, where responsibilities include contacting target customers and promoting course enrollment, enhancing communication and persuasion skills. Additionally, Jyotsna serves as General Manager at The Entrepreneurship Network and previously held the position of Content Manager at Caregiver Saathi in October 2020, focusing on collecting organizational achievements and creating newsletters for fundraising efforts. Jyotsna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Christ University, Bangalore, completing the degree in 2022.
