Sharmeendra Mahendran

Sharmeendra Mahendran, P.Eng., PMP is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as the Mechanical Engineering and Design Team Lead at The EPCM Group Global since July 2019, Sharmeendra excels in creating 3D models and leading the design of complex systems, including conveyors and robotic tooling. Previous roles include Mechanical Designer at StrongPoint Automation Inc., where Sharmeendra designed conveyor systems, and Project Manager at JRBS Machine & LaserCut Fab Inc., focused on optimizing production processes. An alumnus of the University of Toronto, Sharmeendra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and has developed proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T methodologies throughout a diverse career in mechanical design and engineering management.
