Allison Paradise

Chief Executive Officer at The Epicenter

Allison Paradise is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both the nonprofit and scientific sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Epicenter since November 2020, Paradise focuses on empowering children and young adults through discovery and self-understanding. Previously, as Founder and CEO of My Green Lab from June 2013 to May 2020, Paradise spearheaded a movement for laboratory sustainability, establishing the Green Lab Certification standard used globally. Earlier in the career, Paradise worked as a Biological Imaging Scientist at Leica Microsystems, a Research Scientist at Harvard University, and a Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut, contributing significantly to advancements in biophysical assays and biological modeling. Paradise holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Neuroscience and Spanish Literature from Brown University.
