Kent Anker

Kent Anker has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kent is currently working as the Chief Legal Officer at The Episcopal Church. Prior to that, they worked at Democracy Prep Public Schools as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where they were responsible for various legal matters. Kent also worked as a Partner at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP and as an Associate at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP, Boies Schiller and Flexner, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. In addition, they served as a Legislative Representative at the United Federation of Teachers.

Kent Anker attended Hunter College High School for their secondary education. Kent then pursued a Bachelor's degree in History at Wesleyan University from 1987 to 1991. Later, they enrolled at Harvard Law School and completed a Juris Doctor (JD) degree between 1995 and 1998.
