Nathan Empsall

Nathan Empsall is an experienced clergy member and nonprofit leader, currently serving as a Supply Priest for multiple Episcopal congregations in the New Haven area since August 2019 and as Executive Director for Faithful America. Prior to these roles, Nathan held positions such as Priest Associate and "Supply-Plus" Priest, United Nations Seminary Intern, and Hospital Chaplain. With a background in digital advocacy and organizing, Nathan has contributed to significant campaigns with organizations like the Sierra Club and Care2, focusing on environmental issues and social justice. Educational accomplishments include dual Master's degrees in Environmental Management and Divinity from Yale University, complemented by a BA from Dartmouth College in Government and Native American Studies.
