Ron Culmer serves as the Rector at St. Clare's Episcopal Church since August 2004 and has been a Priest in the Diocese of California since 2004. With a foundational career in The Episcopal Church beginning in June 1994, Ron held the position of Priest at both St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church. Prior military service includes a role as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from April 1985 to April 1988. Ron's education encompasses a Doctor of Ministry in Congregational Development from Seabury-Western obtained between 2011 and 2020, a Master of Divinity from The Church Divinity School of the Pacific, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from California Lutheran University.
