Crcm Jay Jesberger

Jay Jesberger, CRCM, has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Financial Services Representative at Commonwealth Credit Union (now known as Summit Credit Union) for seven years. In 2000, they joined TCF Bank as a Manager for three years. From 2003 onwards, Jay joined The Equitable Bank, where they held multiple roles such as Branch Manager, Compliance Manager, AVP Compliance, BSA Officer, and Vice President, Compliance Officer. Currently, as of June 2021, they are serving as the Vice President of Bank Administration at The Equitable Bank.

Jay Jesberger, CRCM has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which was obtained from 1995 to 2000. Jay also holds a Diploma in Bank Management from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which was earned from 2017 to 2019. In addition, Jay Jesberger has an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Center for Professional & Executive Development at the Wisconsin School of Business, completed in 2019. Jay also holds the CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, which was obtained in 2006.
