Kevin Fritz

Kevin Fritz has over 25 years of experience in mortgage underwriting. Currently serving as an FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Underwriter at The Equitable Bank since July 2008, Kevin provides critical analysis to determine the risk levels of potential borrowers. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a Senior Underwriter at Countrywide KB Home Loans from October 1998 to October 2007, supervising a team of five and ensuring compliance with company and Fannie Mae guidelines across six Midwest states. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Messmer High.
