Tuan Do is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Ergobaby since April 2015, where responsibilities include training and development of sustainable ORT programs for existing products and managing pilot production for new products. Prior to this role, Tuan worked at Mattel, Inc. from February 1997 to March 2015 as a Staff Quality Engineer, focusing on developing product specifications for toy safety, quality, and functional testing while supporting cross-functional teams. Tuan holds both a Master of Science in Quality Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1999 and 2003.
