Sneha Patel is an experienced professional in voice communication and network engineering, currently serving as a Master Voice Communication Engineer at Mass General Brigham since September 2017, where responsibilities include designing and deploying Unified Call Manager Clusters for hospital environments with a focus on high uptime. As a Senior Network Engineer at The Ergonomic Group, Sneha Patel contributed to a major Cisco IP Telephony deployment and served as a trusted technology advisor for large enterprise healthcare clients. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Surple Play, Sneha Patel led the transformation of an application into a successful subscription model with over 100,000 users, securing significant funding from a major multimedia firm in India. Additionally, experience includes consulting at Partners HealthCare from 2012 to 2015. Sneha Patel holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned between 1998 and 2003.
