Siyabonga Mabunda is a CA(SA) Trainee currently working with the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since March 2022, gaining extensive experience in various roles such as Listed Properties, Risk and Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Internal Audit. Responsibilities have included stakeholder management, CEM benchmarking, global pension transparency reporting, project cost management, and the preparation of annual financial statements. Prior to this, Siyabonga held trainee positions at the Auditor-General of South Africa, focusing on audit planning, execution, and reporting under the PFMA and MFMA. Siyabonga's educational background includes a CTA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with early academic preparation at Steenbok Secondary School.
