Lorraine Petrie has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Lorraine began their career in 1993 as an Assistant to the Director of Operations & Technology at Nile Spice Foods, Inc. In 1995, they moved on to ConnectSoft, Inc. as an Executive Assistant. From 1996 to 2002, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Internap, during which time they coordinated the CEO's schedule and handled confidential information for the company's Initial Public Offering. In 2002, they began working at Haehl Sales as a Customer Relations Manager, where they managed three customer service representatives and handled urgent issues with key customers. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director of Product Development at Advanced Refreshment LLC, where they were responsible for the development, design, planning and execution of new flavored beverages. Lorraine then moved on to Niagara Bottling as a Product Development Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they worked at POP! Gourmet Foods as a Project Manager, Technical Services from 2016 to 2017, before becoming a Project Manager at The Essential Baking Company in 2017.

Lorraine Petrie attended Oregon State University from 1976 to 1978, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Lorraine then attended Chemeketa Community College from 1978 to 1980, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
