Ionut Craciun

Ionut Craciun is a Scientific Officer at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), where roles have included Human Nutrition Scientific Assistant and Trainee at the Nutrition Unit since February 2020. Prior to this, Ionut gained experience as a Research Assistant (Intern) at the National Food Institute of the Technical University of Denmark from January to March 2019. Ionut holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Performance from University College Dublin (2011-2014).
