Prior to this role, Michael worked at Aerotek from March 2010 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of 20 as Divisional Practice Lead and engaging with clients as an Account Manager to fulfill staffing needs in construction, environmental, and architecture & engineering fields. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and Advertising from Davenport University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
