Gina Rollins, CSP, has extensive experience in international missions and ministry coordination, currently serving as the EXPLORE Workshop Coordinator at TEAM since October 2005, focusing on preparing individuals and churches for international work. In previous roles, Gina has been instrumental as the Missionary Application Coordinator, guiding aspiring international workers through the application process, and in Ministry Advancement for the Southeast, linking Kingdom resources with ministry opportunities. Gina's background as a missionary with The Christian & Missionary Alliance from July 1982 to December 2001 includes living in Venezuela to establish three churches after studying Spanish. Additionally, Gina has experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Shell Point Retirement Community. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Education from Toccoa Falls College, earned between 1975 and 1979.
