Joseph Swanson

Joseph Swanson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Cross-Cultural Gospel Representative at The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) since December 2013. In this role, Joseph focuses on collaborating with Taiwanese churches to establish church-planting models for lower-income communities. Prior experience includes being a Missionary Appointee at TEAM and teaching Mandarin Chinese at Yuwenbon, where instruction utilized the Zhuyin phonetic alphabet. Earlier work as a hardware technician at Somerville Auto Electric involved hardware assembly, and a tenure as an engineer at Gleason Research Associates, Inc. encompassed simulation design and programming in C/C++. Joseph holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis and Linguistics from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
