Debra Webb

Debra Webb, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at The Everett Clinic since November 2017. Prior to this role, Debra was an HR Business Partner at Wireless Advocates from December 2015 to November 2017 and held several positions at CenturyLink from January 2005 to July 2014, including Manager of Human Resources focusing on employee relations and leadership development, Lead Performance Consultant, Lead HR/Labor Generalist, Diversity Director, and Site Director. Debra possesses a strong background in employee engagement, coaching, diversity and inclusion strategies, and talent development. Educational achievements include completed studies towards an M.Ed. at Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, and additional studies toward a B.A. in Psychology at Washington State University.
