Stephanie Schlatter is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in healthcare. Currently serving as a Clinical Nurse Leader at Optum since September 2023, Stephanie previously held the positions of Interim Clinical Leader and RN Care Manager Lead at the same organization from June 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at PeaceHealth as an RN Care Manager from March 2013 to June 2020 and served as an RN Supervisor at Skagit Regional Health from September 2011 to March 2013. Stephanie began their nursing career as an LPN at MultiCare Health System from November 2000 to July 2009. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from South Puget Sound Community College, and a Practical Nurse Certificate from Bates Technical College.
